It is very important, as an autoclave owner, to ensure a schedule of servicing and periodic testing is in place.  Our flexible approach to service contracts means we work with our customers to develop a service agreement that satisfies their requirements.  All our autoclave service contracts include a structured planned preventative schedule.

Service Contracts

Our flexible approach to service contracts means we work with our customers to develop a service agreement that satisfies their requirements. 

Options for service contracts include:

  • Scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
  • Emergency Breakdown Response 48 Hours / 24 Hours / 4 Hours
  • Telephone support
  • Inclusive Consumable Parts
  • Weekly, Quarterly & Annual Periodic Testing as specified by current Health Technical Memoranda
  • Equipment Calibration
  • Annual Performance Qualification
  • Maintenance Only

Maintenance Only autoclave Service Contracts:

  • At agreed intervals (typically three or six monthly)
  • Visual inspection
  • Prescribed safety checks
  • Repair or replace worn consumable service components
  • Clean and lubricate components as required
  • Functional test of the equipment
  • Provide written report and checklist
  • Notify customer of any items requiring further attention

Emergency breakdowns are not included with maintenance only contracts.  Breakdown call outs are responded to within 48 hours and are subject to separate order.  All replacement parts are chargeable on maintenance only autoclave service contracts.

Maintenance & Testing Autoclave Service Contract:

  • At agreed intervals (typically three monthly)
  • Visual inspection of the equipment
  • Prescribed safety checks
  • Repair or replace worn consumable service components
  • Clean and lubricate components as required
  • Functional test of the equipment
  • Quarterly and annual periodic testing as defined by current Health Technical Memoranda
  • Provide documented test results for retention by customer
  • Provide written report and checklist
  • Notify customer of any items requiring further attention
